Amy women’s health physiotherapist, Pilates instructor, and therapeutic coach with 18 years of experience supporting women through chronic pelvic and low back pain. Amy combines physiotherapy expertise with gentle movement, breathwork, and personalised coaching to help you reconnect with your body, reduce tension, and feel stronger and more confident. Having navigated her own journey with pelvic pain and C-section recovery, I understand the challenges firsthand—and I’m passionate about creating a supportive space where you can reclaim control of your health and wellbeing. When Amy is not in clinic or the studio she has two young children that keep her busy. You will find Amy and her family enjoying a walk around Ebrington square, the North Coast or Fermanagh.
